From Breakdown to Breakthrough: My Sacred Rebirth

There was a time I questioned if I even believed in magic. Now I am the embodiment of it.

I’m Lizzie—soul guide, multidimensional mentor, and energy alchemist for the heart-led visionary. Today, my life feels like a living fairytale: full of magic, wonder, and purpose. I travel the world, connect with sacred vortexes, and co-create with Source. I live in deep communion with my intuition and walk in devotion to the divine.

But it wasn’t always this way.

Once, I was homeless. Drowning in debt. Stuck in jobs and relationships that drained my soul and mirrored the unresolved pain I carried. I endured emotional abandonment, overworking, people-pleasing, and the constant pressure to perform under the illusion of "being good enough." I stayed in situations that silenced me and disconnected me from my truth.

My body bore the weight of it all—overweight, inflamed, injured. Autoimmune symptoms flared. My back and hip cried for relief. I was facing the reality of surgery. I was surviving under the shame of "shoulds" I never consented to—cultural, religious, ancestral illusions I didn’t even know I was allowed to release. I was carrying burdens that weren’t even mine.

Until my body became the oracle. Until the Universe screamed through four literal collisions: "You are meant for more."

I became so shattered that others had to reflect back my worth. I broke down.

That breakdown was sacred initiation. My body collapsed so my soul could rise. I didn’t just break—I broke open. And then I broke free.

I finally learned: if it’s heavy, it’s not yours to carry. I laid down the B.S. (the belief systems) that were not mine to carry and started REMEMBERING my truth.

I realized I had a choice. Keep playing the role of victim, underdog, survivor, and re-telling the story of struggle, hardship. survival...or I could re-write my happily ever after.

I CHOSE to start telling a new story. I CHOSE to remember that this life gets to be joyful, easeful, fun! This game of life is a magical, wonderful journey that responds unconditionally to our frequency. And when I remembered this, I KNEW:

This life gets to be whatever we believe it to be.

And from this, I CHOSE to rise.
